In this quote by N. Eldon Tanner, he states “The true way to honor the past is to improve upon it.” In this quote I think what tanner was trying to say is that no matter what your past was you can always move on and make sure it never happens and to be a better person from your past. That you don’t have to be the bad person you were in the past but to be a new and improved person today.
